Cant believe they are making a big deal of him being a level one ref. Every professional player should be a level one at the very least. Even props. Wingers can maybe get away with just being a touch judge (A.R's or whatever they are)

I would have thought the fact that very few 18-30 yr olds live in Gordon would be the reason for a lot of these movements. The thought of driving 40 mins before and after training, $60 cab fares from the rugby club to the late night venue etc would be enough for m to change clubs.
