Rubbish.
She left the tour and went on immediate stress leave before telling them about any issue.
What could have they done?
Cheika has no role in this,he was employed by a totally different organisation.

All of it is part of the ARU.

Done something about this when the text where sent in June.

A lttle surprised at the verdict

The bloke is obviously covered in vasoline to get "off" again.

The second poster must be a senior bloke. ARU wasnted / needed to end it now so circled the wagons and the leniency of the penalty to Sir Kurtley reflects that to me.

Time to bury the bodies, at least for a while until Sir Kurtley transgresses once agin.

Question now is: Does Sir Kurtley fly to London ?
Sir Graham won't be happy to have Sir Kurtley ranked the same as him.

Sir Kurtley can fly to London, on his own, to watch the England v All Blacks game, then the England v Boks game.

After that Sir Kurtley should return home, write an essay about his findings during his stay in London and the projections of the teams he viewed and read them aloud on national television.

I have three beautiful daughters, and am so glad I have three beautiful daughters.

I am not trying to tie this in with beale, but I weep for what I see as the almost inevitable future with this.

From what age nowadays are the young exposed to (often vicious) porn on the net? How can this fact NOT colour views on women in the future?

Recently I was speaking to a young guy and he was so offhand about this great porn flick he'd seen recently, 'poor young girl copped it from all angles from these dudes'.then asked me if I wanted to see it!

Mark my words, come and revisit this topic in half a generation and we'll see what respect women have in society.

Yep, humanity is in decline. Bring back the cane I say.

Kurtley flies Malaysian to London, gets knighted by her Majesty, has afternoon tea in the gardens of Buckingham Palace with Prince Will and Kate.

Bloke is vindicated, life moves on.

wallabies undefeated in EOYT with the now, Sir Kurtley, being instrumental in all wins.

At tours end, Sir Kurtley has maximum points for next years John Eales Medal and ends up winning in a landslide.

Sir Kurtley becomes the new poster boy for Australian Rugby, displacing one plebian, Israel Folau.

Ah, so says Chuck in consultation with Roy Orbison

Scrubber, I'm not sure if you have them at the best of times, but you've lost your marbles!

So did we at least resolve the issue of Moono having bacon with his eggs Benedict?

No, I'm asking how you know journos got more right than wrong? The only thing we know for sure is that KB (Kurtley Beale) sent an offensive message.

Nothing else - not one of the other allegations against EM or DP - has yet been proven

From Wilson's latest article

The ARU now knows that Patston fabricated parts of her CV to secure the ARU job. Although Pulver initially denied this, he has since admitted that Patston’s actual qualifications did not fully match her CV.

At the end of the day Kurtley was found guilty and he received a substantial fine. Although, it remains my opinion that his contract with the ARU should have been revoked, but it is not the first time that I have disagreed with a sentence from a justice.

Regardless Kurtley now has his 3rd, 4th or 5th chance and I hope that he makes the most of it.

So the incompetent ARU managed to fix an independent judiciary hearing? Or should they have ignored said hearing and whacked on a bit more punishment so the mob felt they got their pound of flesh?

Well I have two questions:
1. Will the person who sent the second text be punished?
2. Was Beale's past transgressions taken into account? There has been no mention of this in any of the releases.

The answer appears to be No on both counts, you keep faith in the ARU.

What if it's not an ARU employee? KB (Kurtley Beale) could've sent the first message to a mate outside rugby who has replied with the 2nd message which KB (Kurtley Beale) accidentally forwarded on.

insert above before John Eales Meda;

Victorious Wallabies presented to Her Majesty the Queen, only to have a still hung over Kurtley drop his pants and moon the Queen. Last heard saying 'cop this Queenie!'

In subsequent events an investigation panel headed by leading (NSW crony) jurists realise their knighthoods are in jeopardy and send Beale to League. Media cronies scream blue murder, selling many more click throughs and subs. Murdoch happy. Rinehart happy. Beale happy. Beales agent not happy but knows he had a good run. Aussie Rugby not happy. Again.

Process of elimination I suppose, if you wanna go there. I don't. Personally I think it should be done and dusted. We don;t need any more fallout, do we?

I have little to no faith in the ARU. This entire thing has been a shambles from start to finish. It's why I find it hard to believe in a conspiracy, I fundamentally don't believe that the ARU powerbrokers have the capacity to organise one.

Either you think the ARU employ some seriously intelligent, machiavellian, people who have the ability to orchestrate a multi-platform conspiracy and to rig a judicial hearing or you think they're a bunch of muppets who'd struggle to organise a garage sale. I don't really see how you can have it both ways.

Based on so many posters calling out individual journalists and media groups as having secret agenda's, accusing them of making stuff up, taking sides etc.
Others ridiculed the articles written, and point of view or position taken simply because the journalists were from rugby league, or were not solely rugby scribes.

FACT: Beale sent the text. It was sexist and bullying.
FACT: It was a serious breach and he he was found guilty.
FACT 5 staff have lost their jobs .
FACT: Beale is a serial offender.

Beale is NOT the victim and the journalists have a done good in placing down a smokescreen to protect him. Unfortunately, this smokescreen was very damaging to other people.

From Wilson's latest article

Qwerty, did Pulver actually state that anywhere? I was surprised at how quickly the journos went straight for her LinkedIn profile. Pulver has also stated before that he personally checked all her qualifications and they were legitimate.

Anyway, none of this excuses Beale's text(s).
