genia is still probably recovering from his injury, he came back too early and suffered for it

he should be back to full fitness in the next month and his sharpness will return by the eoyt

Burgo was good especially his passing and tackling

3. Beale - despite the yakety sax second half
2. Sharpe
1. Pocock

Thought Gits did well tonight, generally quiet but a couple of vintage runs. Genia was superb before picking up a knock.

S Finger will be suspended and need to work incredibly hard to gain forgiveness from Robbie. Feel sorry for him but it was epic stupidity.

Does that mean Edmonds comes back into the squad?

I would like to see S Finger suspended as a bit of a wake up call...

Tough call this week. Just about everyone was up and down, so first I'm going with the biggest ups, despite the downs.

3. Beale
2. Moore
1. Mitchell

A few other mentions: Pocock and Sharpe were very strong in their repective roles. All the backs had great moments. Slipper did much better than Maafu. Promising debut for McCalman. Chisholm worked hard. Burgess had a blinder. Barnes showed some class when he came on.

3.KB (Kurtley Beale)
2. Pocock
1. Giteau

Giteau defended very well and had a hand in some good attacking raids. Honourable mentions for Rocky and Squeaky.
Loved KBs header!

3. Pocock- I'm sorry but how good is this guy. Wow
2. Genia
1. Beale- had he not kicked the final kick, he wouldn't have been included in this, but great kick under pressure. KB (Kurtley Beale) is a game winner

Unlike most of the backs he stayed focus for the full 80 minutes just keeps performing week in week out, dominated the ruck area.

2. Stephen Moore
Had a blinder plenty of solid hits & hard yards over the adv line.

1.AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper)
His defence was 1st class stopped the Boks momentum with a big hit on a couple of occasions & really made up for last weeks poor showing.

Special mentions - Luke Burgess, JOC (James O'Connor), Elsom, Sharpe & KB (Kurtley Beale) for that kick & his brilliant 1st half.

3 Moore, the quality is returning
2 Pocock, rode his luck well, some of his turnovers were dubious but he played to the whislte
1 Chis, did a shit load of work

Great to see the bench get a chance to do their job. Burgess, Barnes, Brown & Slipper all contributed well.

3 Pocock - freak
2 Beale - great attacking options, that kick, and his mistakes were not as big as some would seem to think.
1 Sharpe - just getting better and better, and kept on going despite some obvious injuries.

S Finger will get a few weeks rest. Remember the edict that has come down to the refs that the penalty for a lifting offence starts at a red card and comes down from there. Given Finger had two attempts at lifting him and made no effort to bring him down safely, I'm guessing three weeks off (based on it his clean judiciary record).

Moore - WTF that tighthead
Beale - hot and cold - the falcon, did lots wrong, did lots right, won the game under extreme pressure.

Matfield - Skills
Smit - that pickup
Steyne - sniper like penalty kicking
