With 5 more games for the Reds, and considering the Reds look like they are lacking in enthusiasm and confidence, why not try a few of these guys out?

Their confidence is high and an injection into the culture could be whats required.

White is a Centre. Hagen is a Fullback. Greene/McIntyre are 10s. Junior is a winger.

These guys are specialists in their positions. Currently the Reds are just filling in the gaps with the players that turn up to training.

Give them a run Richard!!

Get some QPR talent involved!!!

Nothing to lose... except your job... and we all know how safe and secure that is!!

If you want something new, you have to stop doing something old.

Hay hay TGB - Easts don't want White & Hagen in the Reds thanks!

Let the reds sort out their own problems and don't harm the Tigers chances.;)

But seriously someone please save Nick Frisby - Graham got it wrong moving him there earlier in the season and he is just to stubborn to admit that was a mistake and look elsewhere.

Having said that there problems are deeper set than whether Nick Frisby wears #10.

I would rather they mad changes up front and give Paraka, Ready & Murday an extended run to see what they've got.

You are a smart man TGB.

Good luck with the game plan for Saturday but this one is as good as they come.

You will get some of your wish because there will be no Gunn or Ready for the Tigers this Saturday.

I am going to watch the replay later but can anyone who was there give us a match report about the GF replay, SB v UQ.

I heard today that it was an absolute beauty and one of the best this year?

Similar to last week Sunnybank came out flying. Playing some really good footy and raced to a 12-0 lead with a rolling maul try and one to George Blomfield who was playing a good link roll out wide.

Uni then hit back to a pretty spectacular try to Harry Parker off a kick return. He took the high ball on the fly and beat 3 or 4 defenders on his 40 meter run to the line.
3 more tries in a short period had uni up 24-12 at oranges. One try to debut fullback Cliffy Setu was also pretty impressive. Slicing through on his side of the half way to burn Rex taps which doesn't happen very often.

After half time Sunnybank came out strong with a penalty and a good forwards pick and drive try.

The scoring ended after the bank pounced on a loose uni lineout 5 meters out.

After that uni made plenty of promising raids but weren't clinical enough to close out the game.

Plenty of chances for both sides with a plethora of line breaks but Sunnybank deserved the win. Disappointing for uni to not only lose but also let in 4 tries for the time this season.

For sunny bank the tighthead prop, lock Brendon Mitchell and chazz (the 7) where stand outs. As well as the young fly half who came on and replaced Mcintyre. It looked like third but I thought he was off with 20's?

As for uni Harry Parker, jack de Guingand and the young half back Moses sorevi where probably the best in a beaten side. Setu also had a very good debut.
Uni had 4 colts running around including 2, 17 year olds for an average age in the 20's. While we are not there yet I think we will be and the business end and the kids get used to playing at the right intensity week in and week out.

Mafi mucks around on engagement trying to pull penalties if that's the best he can do give me Ready any day. Didn't work vs Easts

Ready has more to work with at Easts with Sanday and Paraka although young both are experienced at Prem Grade level.
Mafi is with Thor who lets not forget has just left high-school ... Alongside another young 20s prop and have been dominating team after team at scrum time. I'm just saying his the best hooking option at set piece, but Ready has a better overall game.

Props - I flicked through the Snbk v Uni game this afternoon - so I didn't watch all of it.

It was a good game of rugby back and forth but would it be fair to say that the Uni set pieces let them down at times during the course of the game and ultimately gifted up the match winning try off a bungled line-out.

Red Heavy who do you get back from Reds, U20s & Injury to sure up the pack? Because in my opinion I think if you take that pack from Saturday into the semis it is going to be hard work.

Word is that McIntyre will be the starting 10 for the Reds this weekend with Greene on the bench. Both to get game time. Frisby will come off the bench at 9. No Greene will hurt Brothers a lot.

1 Filth has been complaining for years about lack of Reds opportunities for Bros players so surely he won't be complaining if Greene gets a shot;

2 with respect to the Dogs - Bros should be able to cover the next couple of weeks without Greene given they have the Bulldogs and the bye. But they would want him back for the following two v Snbk then Bond.

Not exclusively Reds U20's or Reds but Reuben Leilua,Matt Randell,Sef Faagase,Aaron Pleash,David McDuling,Adam Korczyk,Curtis Browning & Jack Cornelsen are all due back for Uni.Club stalwart Tim Buchanan is also rumoured to be heading back from the U.S. in time for finals.Throwing those 9 extra forwards in the mix will leave Uni in a strong position.

Browning is out for the year and bucky is having he time of his life so I doubt he will be coming home anytime soon.

The loss of the consistent tight head Sammy Cochrane has been huge but the players are there to come through.

Also looks like gale is just on stand by for Frisby who got a head knock

In 2011 or 2012 Easts lost a second round clash to last placed Norths that ultimately cost them a semi-final spot.

So with those memories still in the memory bank of some of the current Prems players & coaches I can't see them underestimating the Eagles this week.

Having said that none of the top 5 will want to drop a game to the bottom 4 in the run into finals.

It will happen I just hope it's not the Tigers that are victims of a big upset but if GPS, Souths or Wests have a good day then watch out top 5.
