Will Tate need an official RA mandated game off still this season?
I don’t see why they don’t just chuck Jeans or someone on the bench if they’re not planning to start Tate. They are obviously keen to mix up the rotation so why not kill two birds with one stone.

Off topic, but a part answer to the question:
Darcy Swain apparently is scheduled to miss two games and he is third choice lock, maybe lower in the ranking if Skelton, Philip etc are included.

Yes true, although who knows which was the wallabies halfback call will go.
Gordon looks like he’s actively trying to get DC sacked and the Brums have decent halfback depth that I’m not sure White is their first choice anymore.

Third choice locks get regular match time, third choice halfbacks do not. They are normally short of a run rather than in need of a rest.
