It’ll be the best thing for Aussie rugby. Thomas is good enough to be a first choice half back now (force). And werchon is too good to be playing 3rd fiddle / hospital cup. The depth is absolutely there with Martens coming through. If Thomas does move on it will really underline the value of all of the post season games the Reds line up (which will hopefully continue this year). Gives Werchon a chance to get time in the seat ahead of stepping up to the no 2 role next year.
That will be entirely dependent on where he ends up - not a lot of value for Australian rugby in it if he ends up over seas. It’ll be the best thing for Aussie rugby.
The talent is there for Werchon, it's the composure and game management that could use polishing. He gets tunnel vision whenever he recieves a little chat from the opposition or an unlucky referee decision. It’ll be the best thing for Aussie rugby. Can’t blame Blyth for not confirming it…. As a Queenslander, i wouldn't want to announce that at the moment either.Didn't realise it was confirmed or just a rumour but kiss just confirmed that Blyth is off to the Tahs next year
I wonder if he was hoping his family wouldn’t find out? Can’t blame Blyth for not confirming it…. As a Queenslander, i wouldn't want to announce that at the moment either.
They would figure it out when he starts talking about winning the pre-season championshipI wonder if he was hoping his family wouldn’t find out?
