    Reds 2016

Awesome. By the time all you fair weather supporters slink off I'm gonna be left with the best seats in the house and no queue for my beers. It's not the players fault - I'll still support them.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Cant believe some are suggesting trying a new no 10/ midfield combination in the world cup. The time for experimentation is over people. Cheiks has decided Foley or Cooper is his no. 10. No-one else had a starting run at 10 and barring injury the world cup is not the time to try a new...

If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

Compulsory yellow card for a penalty try has been shown to be a crock a few times in TRC. Sometimes the penalty try is enough. And sometimes both are well deserved. Why make it compulsory for both? Surely the ref can make a call on this one.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Meh Personally I'd rather the glass half full version. Is it so unreasonable to presume the ABs played a blinder geed-up by the fact the Bled was on the line with several legends of the game playing at Eden park for the last time. And the Wobs played poorly with some unforced changes and a game...

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Bloody hell 7 weeks till our next game against a top tier nation is a long time to wait to see if tonight was just an aberration.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Anyone else think Giteau looked pretty sharp again at 12 when he came on? I think he's grabbed the starting 12 jersey. Fardy looked pretty good again as well. Not many others that did their chances any favours.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Maybe. Or maybe we were just as far off our game tonight.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Once a year the Wallabies have an absolute shocker and capitulate. Cant remember the last year where we didn't get one drubbing. But this year we won the rugby championship, moved up to third in the world, and announced our scrum is no longer an Achilles heel! FFS we're still on an upward...

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

That Cheika didn't learn from the Tahs v Highlanders semi and made the same mistake with the same result.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Huh? 9 and 10 were far from our biggest problem tonight. Swap smith and Carter for white and cooper and the result would have been the same.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Because the other two miraculously collapsed.

    As predicted. Realism not pessimism.

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Bit worried this wallabies team has a similar balance to the tahs S15 semifinal side - and we all know how that worked out. Last week we lost the collisions as usual but picked a side to play to our strengths and dominated the breakdown. This week we are trying to muscle up and have picked a...

Bledisloe #2 - AUS v NZL, Eden Park, Auckland, August 15th

Got that covered - only I'm usually bitterly disappointed when I wake up at 2am and discover it wasn't real. Usually no need to ask my wife for confirmation either.

    Reds 2015

This is the same RG who is quietly confident the reds can win 8 in a row and make the finals. Insight does not appear to be his strong point. For all we know Quade could actually be out for the season...

    Scrum Talk

As angry as that clip makes me feel I can't imagine how pissed Kepu and Slipper must feel atm being lambasted internationally in the rugby media by journos who don't know shit from clay about scrummaging. Don't know how you train for that rubbish. Hope Kepu snaps him in half come RWC.

    RWC 2015

The same applies to arguing for the inclusion of QC (Quade Cooper) over foley, or concerns about skeletons set piece deficiencies. Doesn't matter how well thought out the arguments its always going to be brought back to the same common denominator. Makes it not worth bothering really.
