It feels like this under 20s group is far more unknown than previous years due to the lack of games played by Australian Schoolboys and the under 20s in the last couple of years due to COVID.

Will be great to be able to watch them play.

I am unclear to what you are suggesting here. My question is, do you think Grey should have chosen captains that are playing rugby in their state of origin? That would unravel most of the captains at state and national level and surely doesn’t weigh in on selection criteria.
Not suggesting anything other than the 2 men who got the job are Qlder. Not sure on their captain pedigree. Grey would have a process?

Squad is overweight to Waratah which is surprising given the limited amount of success NSW have had in this age group previously, so it is good that QLD, ACT and VIC are recognise too with leadership.

Hopefully the Stan commentary team do preparation and wide research on every player and aren’t reading team list while they call the game.

Does anyone know when the team to play Argentina will be released? Will be interesting to see how is looks compared to previous posts on proposed team.

Can't see why it wouldn't be. Why rest players for a game over a week away considering they haven't played for a month? I doubt Nathan Grey is not putting what he sees as his best team on the paddock first up.
