Song list? If you're implying we need anything other than a few witty chants and screaming madness, then perhaps you're mistaking us for Poms! Most of this we should be making up on the spot; that's how the best comedy works!
I like your enthusiasm mate, and I'm hopeful this group catches on. I'm not sure I agree about making things up on the spot though. Individuals don't band into a group that way.
You raise the example of poms, well, I don;t think in our hate for them we should make the mistake of overlooking what is actually an effective model. The Barmy Army are a disparate group of people who, generally, have never met each other before a tour. But sit down in a section together, do their silly Barmy Army chant and suddenly they are best mates, united in their purpose. Chants and songs are very effective for doing this.
It's not that different to rugby on the field. A group of passionate individuals working alone will not go far. A group working together as a team with like minded goals will. The way to get this supporter group to work is to make a genuine bond between the supporters. Hence, I do think you need a short number of catchy chants/songs made up before the game, and practiced ready to go.
