I noticed that as well, but I feel in the big games e.g against england, NZ; he doesn't have an impact. Hopefully his recent form sparks a new determination in him, but in previous years he seems soft in the games that matter. Would prefer someone a bit harder like Jones and Dennis. Thoughts?
Thats very true, Scoble has been very solid and reliant at hooker, and brings a sense of relief to australian selectors for years to come. did anyone see Andrew Kellaway's performance last night? Super safe and reliant at the back, provided a brilliant try saving tackle and ran the ball hard...
Im not sure wether you read his comment quickhands. Clearly there is a difference. The Newington game hadn't ended. The Joeys game had. As a non bias supporter, and after reading the circumstances of the riverview school team (never beaten joeys that yr group), the running on the pitch was yes...

Predictions
Shore v Kings - Kings will miss a few stars, and hopefully Shore relieve's themselves of their successive losses. Shore win by 7
Joeys v Newington - Deegan to come back firing, perhaps...
Would not be surprised to see Wingti or McDonnell in GPS 1'st next year! Although McDonnell's crash-ball-intimidation running style may prove costly as it did on the weekend. He's no Tepai or Tanne. Tom Wright also a strong player!
View 45 - Joeys 20

There are two kids on bursaries in the current firsts for Riverview. One has been signed up since 2007, and the other has spent most of his rugby life down in the d's, e's and f's. They provide bursaries for over 30 boys and only a fraction are standouts in any sport.
