Add 11. Henry Murray in there, he’s been outstanding so far, as well as 9. Will Rorsheim and flanker Ned Ritchens, all have been fantastic this year.
And all of these boys played against Waverley, why was there a rumour that Shore's whole team were out due to sickness?

Three games only this weekend.

TIPS- Week 5.jpg

This weekend you can use one JOKER per round.

Here is how it works.

1. Make a selection for one game only per round and place a capital J next to it eg. Joeys (J)
2. Indicate how much your team will win by eg Joeys (J) 35+
3. If your result gets within 3 points OVER the final difference you will be given 5 points.

eg. Joeys beat View 37-3 (34 point difference). You get 3 points ONLY. (1 under the final difference)
eg. Joeys beat View 39-3 (36 point difference). You get 5 points.
eg. Joeys beat View 49-7 (42 point difference). You get 3 points ONLY.

4. If your team wins, then you will still get the 3 points

Let see how this goes this weekend and see if we can tweak or improve for the proper rounds starting after the long weekend.
Any suggestions are welcome. Please message me

Hope you are enjoying this addition to season 2022.

yes mate. That's why I was confused someone had him being picked at 1 or 3. Excellent backrower but I'm sure plenty of specialist props ahead of him upfront.
He wore 6 and alternated between packing 6 and 8 Vs Joeys on the weekend. He would be a chance at 8 or 6, possibly even 4 or 5. He does have an issue with tackle technique (lack of arms) that he needs to work on. He didn't get pinged on the weekend but if he has aspirations of going further he needs to be careful, the cameras see all. He reminded me of watching Swinton in his first year of test rugby playing the hard man enforcer role. A little work on technique would help him get to the next level.

Look out for 7 at Scots Harry Davis, showed electrifying speed on and off the field. Also Ben Di stasio is dynamic.

Shore V Scots this weekend!
What an interesting game this will be, Shores first GPS opponent of the year and it really will show us just how much of a premiership threat they are.
I assume Ollie Cummins would be absent from the game given the situation on Saturday, which will be a massive loss for them.
Thoughts on how this game will go?

Thanks Rudderless,

Firstly, congratulations to the GPS boys who have been selected and commiserations to the boys who didn’t.

Secondly, and as per my question on page 38, will these boys be eligible to be selected for GPS, NSW Gen Blue or NSW Schools Representative Teams????

I believe that the NSW Gen Blue and Schools Competition will be held during the same week.

Cheers

I watched the boys from Shore v St Augustine a few weeks ago and I will say they looked impressive. I believe this weekends game against the boys from BH will be a lot tougher. If they can manage to contain their big boys up front it should be a good contest.

All the best!

If that is the case I would hope not, what is the point of a boy playing GPS if they are not available for the next rep level? All they do is deny a willing boy his chance.
