Our line out is shocking though, how can we move forward with that?? Because as it stands we will not win a super with that line out. Lacking a decisive general (missing Denis?) and class jumpers (...??).

what did JW think was going to happen going shoulder high to a monster like that?? fair play to him though he didnt shy away but never had a chance with that body position. #12 approached the tackle with much better technique and put down the behemoth (admittedly after JW received the full force...
i think that the haka give a psychological edge to both teams, the AB's obviously, but also the opposing team. they are pretty much standing there with their teammates, backs against the wall and being presented a challenge. i know that personally, a team that i have played performed a haka-ish...
pretty sure this little scuffle has got more media attention than the famine in africa. anyone else think thats slightly messed up? they threw a few punches last year, didnt affect the team then, doesnt affect it now. irrelevant.
its a shame that the free to air coverage is so bad, only the dedicated suffer through the horrible telecasts... accessibility - or lack thereof - to the game is killing its growth.
haha, i think i may have open pandoras box by starting this thread....
at the end of the day refs decisions are a uncontrollable element of the game really, as it stands at least. playing the whistle after a dubious forward pass definitely does matter, as it should be up to the players to...
shame to see JOC (James O'Connor) suspended for this weekends game, shame for the wallaby unit. that said if this doesnt get through to him that he needs to pull his head in his position as a wallaby needs to be reevaluated. can only hope this doesnt affect the result...
berate him, smack him into line (hell make him do a training session with the piggies, put him in the front row against benn TPN and kepu...haha) and make him earn his dues back. weakening the team isnt the way to go
they are still the no1 team...and by far. the wallabies are no2 and are still ritualistically flogged (depressingly, but were on our way back...hopefully..crossing fingers...just fucking do it already boys...anyway). the loss to the saffas could hardly be counted as the all blacks loosing, it...
i also read that SBW is forfilling ramadan, which must be a hell of a commitment to a professional athlete. no food or water for an entire day for a month cant be all that great for you when your slogging your guts on the training poddock
read an article today in the paper that had mundien says that SBW was a practicing muslim. if digby can cross his chest who are we to say that SBW cant prey to his god?
that said if his preying works and the blacks win the cup - than no, no he cant prey.
any punishment that hinders the wallabies as a whole isnt really constructive, however whatever it is needs to be a slap in the face for JOC (James O'Connor). i think the idea of charity work or community service would be excellent. he needs to restore the publics faith in him, and if he is concerned about his...
no worries groucho, all in good fun.
hahaha, well apparently there was a decent band playing at the bondi rsl...maybe he was drinking lemon squash?? haha
