Very true... Thierry Dusautoir (who is retiring at the end of the season) might be one of the few recently who could go toe-to-toe. Certainly not Warburton, but not being as good s McCaw hardly makes you a bad player.
The team I would pick (Other than Warburton as Captain) is:
1.Jack...
Probably not with Gatland at the helm... It will be all bosh merchants who will try and run over the top of New Zealand. Which unsurprisingly won't work
Kiwi backs are easily the best in the world, no contest. I reckon their pack would get the wood on the English one at the moment. Not much in the tight 5, but their backrow is clearly better.
I would hardly say the English pack is the best going... Irish and Kiwi ones are probably easier to play behind. But hey.... they have the English pack to play behind and that appears to be enough for them to be winning games. I'm just not sold on Farrell as a 12.

As for this test, I am worried about our...
A complete overhaul is never gonna happen. However I did like that in a pregame interview Noves did mention that one of his most important tasks will be getting the clubs and the national side back onto good relations. Can only be good for the health of French rugby of that happens.
